Automations

From Automations, create "when X happens, do Y" rules: add/remove a role, create a private channel, send a DM, post a message in a channel, or (Premium) send the data to a webhook — triggered by an acceptance, a refusal, a scheduled interview, a hold, or any status change — or by a recruitment being published or closed (for example to announce it in another channel).

The webhook action lets you connect RecruitBot to Zapier, Notion, or any tool that accepts an incoming HTTP request — useful to log applications in a spreadsheet, trigger a notification elsewhere, or build a custom integration. For security, the target URL must be a public address (no internal/private network address).

New action types will be added progressively.
