Premium features

The free plan allows a number of campaigns, forms and automations sufficient to get started. The Premium plan lifts these limits and adds:

• Unlimited campaigns, forms and automations
• Extended history and audit log (up to 1 year of dashboard stats, vs 30 days on free)
• Interview audio recordings kept indefinitely (30 days on free), plus live listening
• Advanced statistics, including average time-to-decision
• Webhook automations — send application events to Zapier, Notion or your own tool
• Higher bulk-action limit on applications (500 vs 100)
• Read-only API access
• In-depth embed customization
• Priority support

The subscription is managed natively by Discord (type /premium on your server) — no card to enter on the site or the panel.

Every server gets a 14-day free trial, once, activatable from the Billing tab in the panel or via the button offered by /premium.

The Billing tab always shows how long your Premium lasts, with a live countdown (years, months, days, hours, minutes, seconds) for a trial, a referral bonus or days offered by a gift code or by the team. A Discord subscription has no countdown: Discord handles its renewal. See Gift codes to activate a code.

You can also earn Premium for free through the referral program: each server has a unique link (visible in Billing) ; when a new server uses it to add RecruitBot and completes its basic setup, you earn 7 days of free Premium.
