Managing applications

The Applications page offers a kanban view (by status) and a list view, with search by username, Discord ID or answer content, and filters by status, recruitment, assigned recruiter, tag or date.

Open an application to see all the answers, the full history, add an internal note, assign it to a recruiter, give it custom tags (color + name, free-form), or change its status: Accept, Refuse, Interview, Put on hold.

From the list view, select several applications with the checkboxes for bulk actions: accept, refuse or move a whole batch to interview at once (up to 500 at a time on Premium, 100 on free). You can also export the filtered list to CSV.

From an application's page, generate a candidate status link — a public page (no Discord login needed) where the candidate can check their own application status. Nothing is sent automatically: you choose when to share it.

The dashboard shows the average time between an application and a decision, a concrete measure of how responsive your recruitment process is.

Every action automatically sends a DM to the candidate (customizable from Embeds & messages) and is logged in Logs.
