When 2 or more people join a configured voice channel, RecruitBot automatically starts recording — one separate audio file per participant, so you can review who said what afterward. Up to 4 voice channels can be recorded at the same time (one per "assistant" bot invited alongside RecruitBot).
From Recordings, listen to a finished recording (one player per participant, with a volume booster up to 200% and a live waveform) or delete it. On the free plan, audio files are automatically deleted after 30 days (the entry itself stays visible, just without playback) — kept indefinitely on Premium.
Live listening (Premium): while a recording is in progress, click Listen live to hear the ongoing conversation in real time from the panel, with its own volume control. There's a short, intentional delay (under a second) to keep the audio smooth.
Recordings are stored on RecruitBot's server and are never shared between servers. Deleting one is permanent.
