Creating forms

From Forms, create one or more reusable forms. Each question can be: short text, long text, multiple choice, yes/no, or a dropdown.

Mark a question as required or optional, set a minimum/maximum length for text answers, and reorder questions with the ▲▼ arrows.

If you don't create any form, RecruitBot uses a default 5-question form.

The template library at the top of the page offers pre-filled forms for common roles (Moderator, Community Manager, Developer, Designer, Events, Support) — one click creates the form, adjust it afterwards like any other.
